Yes it is the domestic tourism which created lots of problems and trash at the border so the authorities has to change the rules and regulations for the border area. For those who don’t like much crowed than better visit in Spring or autumn.
We visited Khunjerab Pass in December 2017. thi is the highest international Border between 2 countries. I was worried beause the pass usually closes for visitors early Decemebr and we were there around that time. I am so glad that i could see it.
