Lovely selection of all sorts of fruits. Some of which I have not even seen. Stall holders are friendly and will even allow tourists to try their fruit before buying any.

Berastagi is a nice cool place to wander around with some awesome attractions in the neighbourhood. The fruit market is still like in the old days and never boring.

There is a good selection of local produce at decent prices... and do bargain! Do it in good faith and enjoy the process. Be careful though, we bought enouhg fuits and stuff that my arms ached after having to acrry the lot !
