Nice place for a walk or run

The view is very pretty no matter what the season. Just watch out for the geese and their droppings.

Depending on the time of year the lake and grounds are covered by Canadian geese Wich poop everywhere fishing is allowed but it's catch and release only not exactly relaxing to go fishing watching traffic go by the circle. during winter after a snowfall sledding...More

Perfect circle, almost clocks in at 1 mile circumference. Several benches, partially shaded, calm water, dam with water drop. Only complaint is limited parking. Good place for a walk or a run for exercise.

The Watchung lake has a cascading dam which holds the water and a park below the dam. There is a walking loop around the lake which is about a mile.Great place to walk around and appreciate the nature.

Can't think of a better place to relax and enjoy nature. Benches for sitting and a path for jogging or walking.

Great little lake for walking (almost exactly a mile around) that breaks up the monotony of doing so with views of the lake, and surrounding residences one of which is a privately owned mansion. There is another body of water just steps from this one...More

Fortunate to live in town and be able to walk with my husband here after dinner and enjoy the evenings. Not all areas are flat and sidewalks variable, so you do need to be careful. Great place to run into friends out enjoying as well.
