As a life long resident, it pains me to go to Cadwalader park! The new playground is the one and only reason I visit but as stated; I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. My future visits will include bringing a large trash bag...More

Just because you see black people around, that doesn't make a place "dirty and dangerous" as is suggested in so many reviews. Trenton has some rough areas but this park is beautiful. There is a brand new, very well done playground right next to a...More

A local park nice place for a picnic or a walk. A good place to take a tranquil walk with plenty of tress for shade.

If you enjoy living life on the dangerous side, then go to Cadwalder Park. It was a great place when i was growing up but today it is left in disrepair.

The park is nice and usually quiet. We have been there several times and once we toured the museum that is in the middle of the park. Very nice history lesson since we are not originally from NJ

My mom and Grandmother used to take us weekly to Cadwalader Park a couple times per month when we were kids. They use to have a deer feeding area through the fence, as well as a bear and monkey pit. After visiting we would take...More

In 1964, this park had a concert shell, caged bears, a monkey house, and children's petting zoo. The park is now a haven for drug users and is not the safest park to wander into as you may be accosted by panhandlers or thieves. There...More
