This is one great área in the French Pyrenees with multiple sport options around...(skiing,climbing,mountaineering,rafting...)

Well worth the €9.50 return fare. Great views and easy access to the GR10. Can then do a half day walk to pic de Cecire. GR10 route diverted so loose 260m and then climb about 800m on great track switchbacking up to the col 15km...More

Bit wobbly up in the cable car but when the snow is good this is great skiing. We had a wonderful time skiing here.

You can either drive to the ski field or get the Gondola from the town, it is a 15 minute trip up the mountain. If you chose to drive no one had chains so I would presume they are not needed. From the gondola drop...More

Superbagneres could be so much more than it is. It has the old hotel and a few restaurants but nothing else to attract visitors who aren't skiing in winter or walking in the summer. Skiing is quite limited with only about 10 ski lifts serving...More

Drove up on a sunny day with the mountain tops showing snow in october. It was beautiful with the snow on top of the highest mountains. Only draw back was that there were no toilets open as ski season not open
