Great venue for out-of-town previews of shows before they hit Broadway and for shows staged after their Broadway run.

Going there for over 30 years. Have same orchestra seats forever! Same seat mates for years. Always a great show, even when Chaz Palmitieri sits down next to you. That shows you the " little theater that could" atmosphere.

Casts and production values are topnotch. I've seen The Bodyguard, The Producers, and Mary Poppins here and I was floored by how good the shows were. Hit shows get good crowds so book early. Parking is easy, and the theater is close to the train...More

What a treasure! Broadway talent productions at far less money. All seats are good. Have had 3 of their recent plays go to Broadway ( Newsies, Bandstand, A Bronx Tale) so see them early!

I've been to this theater several times, The presentations are always well done, professionally acted, although not as good as in NYC. For New Jersey, the shows are a bit pricey, equal to New York show prices. This night I saw the "Honeymooners." For anyone...More

There is always a danger when trying to recreate an iconic television show from the 50's in the same manner, but with music, as done back then. What we have is 4 actors imitating Jackie Gleason, Art Carney, Audrey Meadows and Joyce Randolph repeating dialogue...More

Our seats were in the back row but on main floor. View was very good. Seating width was very tight but OK. Show was sold out. Honeymooners was very funny and brought back favorable memories of the TV show. Cast did a great job. Pay...More

Outstanding theater and many of the shows the last 2 seasons have premiered at The Paper Mill and gone straight to Broadway. You will get the NY experience without the steep ticket prices.

There is no dress code. Feel free to wear whatever you want. Some people wear jeans and sneakers, others a little dressier. Few people wear suits and fancy dresses.

People tend to go out to eat before so they dress in more business casual. Occasionally you'll find someone in jeans, but the crowd is older and a little more sophisticated so business casual is best
