Great landmark. Glad they diddent destroy this old landmark. Best viewed from the water/boat. Or from manhattan. Nice when they have fireworks here.

If you are doing a nice waterfront walk its a good place to stop, sit, take a photo. But I suspect the photo angle is better from the water or manhattan.

This iconic factory clock can be seen from ferry boats, tour boats, or cruise ships. Nice landmark for a booming city.

It is really big. You can see it from the One Observatory at One World Trade Center. However after reading reviews I decided not to go and see it from up-close becasue I understand that there is nothing more to it. It is just a...More

The iconic Colgate clock is sight to tick off but not worth a special trip. This end of Jersey City is not so great and the clock makes only for a quick detour from Exchange Place.

Not necessary to go over the other side to visit the clock as it is only a clock. But it's still a cool piece that they build a large enough clock accross the Hudson River overlooking Manhattan. Colgate advertising power I guess.

I saw this clock from Hudson river while returning from the Statue of Liberty. I was bit hazy still we could see it because of its big size diameter (50 feet). May be more attractive in night!

I'm quite certain it's a landmark of sorts, but it's really just a clock. A big one that's lit up at night, but still just a clock. However, it's placed along the boardwalk, which is definitely worth a visit, so you can kill two birds...More

This attraction would definitely have been better at night. Seeing it during the day by boat just wasn't as interesting as it would have been all lit up in the dark. Try it both ways if you can, if not see it at night!!!
