Dirt roads to get there but easy. The story and the ruins are fantastic to see. A shame how it came about though. Also, it has a number of nice nature walks.

Enjoyed reading about Madame Sherri, seeing the ruins of her home, and hiking the Anne Stokes Trail. It was a nice hour long hike, sometimes wet, and some rocky spots as well. The views at the top are beautiful! Bring water and bug spray!

The drive from Brattleboro was beautiful and the site was calm, although more climbing than anticipated on trails to enjoy the vistas. I would love to learn more about Madame Sherri and plan to return to the park.

This is a beautiful, moderately strenuous hike from Chesterfield, NH to a gorgeous summit overlooking Brattleboro. The history of Madame Sherri is fascinating.

There is a moderate, one mile trail that leads to Indian Pond, a magical isolated place. From there one can head west for one mile to the top of Wantasiquet Mountain that overlooks the town of Brattleboro, Vt and has a great vista of Southwest...More

Type "41 Egypt Rd. West Chesterfield, NH" into your GPS. It's not there, but that'll get you to where you can find the sign and the parking lot.
