Hiked Mt. Kearsarge with husband and teen kids. Definitely agree with those who advise to go up the Winslow Trail and return on the Barlow Trail. Took up about an hour each way. Looking forward to hiking it again!

The mountaintop views are spectacular, and make the very rocky trail to the top worth the effort. Good hiking shoes are a must. 👍

We parked at the Winslow park ($4/person), hiked up the gradual Barlow trail and down the steeper Winslow trail. Little more than 3/4 of the way up, you break through the canopy and are treated to amazing views of mountains of Vermont and 2 lakes....More

I have hiked many mountains in New Hampshire. Mt Kearsarge North is definitely in my top 5. The climbing is challenging and there were mosquitoes when we hiked it last weekend but the 360 views at the fire tower are absolutely stunning. We loved it....More
