Finding a spot was always difficult, but possible if you get there really early. I object strenuously to the increased hours you have to pay for parking— it’s pretty much all day and all night. Most places end paying for parking around 7pm. Not here!!!!...More
Nice beach, but tough parking situation. Also, not very handicapped accessible. The Dunes Motel and restaurant is across the street, along with a surf shop, pizza and icecream shop, and a coffee shop with healthy food choices.
I had never heard of this beach but so glad to of spent the day. The water was a perfect temp & the waves were perfect for my boys to learn to surf. We purchased surf board across the street & they spent the day...More

Love perfect ocean beaches? Love rock hunting? Love amazing spots to surf? Then come here!!!!! I'm amazed every time I walk this beach-it's gorgeous! It's great for taking a quick dip, surfing, collecting unique rocks, or just taking a long stroll.

NH has fairly strict laws for their beaches when it comes to dogs. They do have set hours where your dog is allowed, and always on a leash, but 99% of the time it says no dogs. Due to people not picking up up dog waste, leaving them unattended and off-leash, NH says leave Fido at home please.
