Cathedral Ledge is a must-stop spot in the area. The views are unrivaled in this area. It is easy to access as it is mainly a drive up to the viewing area.

Long winding steep road to the top but the views are well worth it. You may be lucky enough to see rock climbers scaling the ledge. Be sure to walk all around as there are multiple different views of different areas, Some have fencing to...More

We started out by going up the Bryce trail. We wore snowshoes, which made things a little difficult getting around the Rocky areas. With more snow cover I am sure it would have been much easier. On the way down we decided to take the...More

Beautiful views! We even saw a few rock climbers one day. Worth the short drive up for a great view.

This is the place to go for a wonderful outdoor experience with the most incredible views! Lovely in the fall as the foliage is in full view of the whole valley and this is a famous scenic location!

The gate at Cathedral Ledge is now closed for the season (as of November 16, 2017). It will re-open in spring as weather permits.

Lived up there for 20+ years. The only gate there is when they close the road from the winter months to when the snow is gone in the spring. You can pretty much access the top any time the gate is not closed.
