Great snow already! Fun mountain, good staff. Lots of skiable terrain for all levels. Saturdays are crazy busy, they oversell and if you don't get there before 9am you may not get a parking spot on the mountain. You have to park in town and...More
A great place to visit (outside of skiing season) is the store at Loon Mountain. At leaf peeping time (fall) there are great deals to take advantage of. Winter clothing, ski clothing, extra sweater for fall, children ski clothing, accessories. Store is located next door...More

Always depends on weather. This is school vacation week, so it is more than just a three day weekend. And Loon attracts crowds due to the real estate set ups on and around the mountain. All things equal today in the morning would have been my bet. I like the very cold days because the crowds stay in the lodge.
