Museum, train ride and flora from the desert, This was a pleasant break from the strip and an opportunity to learn about the history of the founding of Las Vegas.

Very attractive and informative! We didnt have time to do the whole thing but enjoyed it. The Nevada Museum is great, and the cafe is really good. Botanical Gardens are beautiful. We did the train ride all around the area. I was hoping one could...More

Here’s what we liked: 1. The “Mirror Maze” temporary exhibit was fantastic! 2. The botanic garden was very, very nice. Here’s what we HATED: The “Live Animals Exhibit” was horrid, and should be closed down. These animals (rabbits, fox, turtles) are in very tiny “natural...More

Enjoyed all the inside stuff. The dinosaurs where amazing, the wooly mammoth was interesting. Was a little disappointed with the outside animals, there wasnt much to see.

The Springs Preserve is a journey back in time and this garden seeks to preserve the environment that was Las Vegas before the city was established. It has a nice exhibit building that describes the environment and is very educational. It has a mirror maze...More

This is a great place to walk, learn, relax, and just enjoy as you need a quick break from losing your money amidst the flashing lights and noise of the Strip. The geologic history they present is done in a way that kids and adults...More

We were excited to see a garden as part of our trip to the Vegas Strip/Fire Valley State Park. Overall, it was an OK experience. The Preserve itself is very large. But, we were disappointed because it felt expensive for what we saw. The gardens...More

We had a really good time, the weather was really good today, I rented a wheelchair which they only have three electric wheelchairs and it's first come first serve, the only negative I have about this place is they need more signage to direct you...More

Hi Linda, thanks so much for the feedback. We’ve been working hard the past several months putting together a comprehensive plan for improving our signage. Better (and more) signs are coming in 2019!
