I have never zip-lined before but when I saw this, I knew that I had to try. We did this on a Sunday night and it wasn't overly crowded, but we did have to wait an hour. Even though the ride is not very long, it is exhilarating. I am 64 and not in the greatest of shape but I had no problems. Everyone associated with the zip line is first rate, they are friendly and they are very conscious about safety, both for the riders and each other. I saw them hooking themselves up to safety lines which was very impressive. This zip line has two rides, one you sit down and ride and the other you lay out like superman. We did the superman one and it is very cool to fly down Fremont street and look at the people below. Even though you start 11 stories up, you never feel like you are very high up. It is a strange but good feeling. Maybe it is because you are laid out like superman and nothing but kryptonite can hurt you. The one negative is that at the end of the ride they have taken a bunch of pictures of you and they will gladly let you have them for an additional $40 (basically doubling the cost of the ride). I didn't need 20 pictures of me but I would have loved to have had one commemorating the trip and I wasn't given that option. But it was optional so it doesn't effect my rating of the ride. It was awesome and I highly recommend it

Went there to enjoy Las Vegas during New Year’s Eve. And the subsequent days. Decided to do the superman zip line. We purchased tickets the first available was two hours after the purchase time. Completely understandable. It is a great ride. But they forget to tell you Is a 6:00 PM booking actually means they’ll probably let you start climbing the stairs at 7 PM. Once you go up the stairs there’s another Q for another half hour to 40 minutes then you go up an elevator and stay in the queueFor an additional 20 minutes all in all ......booked at three rode at 8:15.

I am an experienced zip liner and would thoroughly recomened this. To be able to fly like superman the entire length of Freemont Street is quite a thing. We arrived early and for a nominal charge were able to reschedule our "flight". The guys who equip you are all friendly and will set you at ease. There is nothing quite like flying head first along Freemont Street with the lights ablaze all around you. Not for the faint hearted, but a complete buzz and differs from other zip lines simply because of the iconic and completely enclosed locaiton.

Initially I wasn't scared, but then when I was up there and seeing people walk off, I got scared. However, when it was finally my turn, it went really smooth. Dont forget to look around. Doesn't seem like you are on the zipline for too long. We went before 5pm and didn't have to wait much. In top of that, we got a five dollar discount. You pay at the ticket office on the ground floor. No phones allowed on the zipline. You can take your stuff and put them in a bag they provide for you and attaches to your ride. While it's in the cheaper end of ziplines in Vegas, I think it's still pricey for the amount of time you are on it.

Terrible customer service! They will want extra money to upgrade ($10/person) to pay another $20 for the better ride. We booked online and didn’t realize it was half of the ride you get if you go Superman. Read the fine print. We went in to upgrade and because we questioned the $10 extra extra fee the lady was very rude. After deciding to pay the extra now $30 each to do the much better ride they refused to help us upgrade. We had to go find Wi-Fi (we’re from Canada) to do this ourselves online. After expressing our frustrations with trying to give this companies more money, the rude and unhelpful staff called security. We spoke with security and they agreed we had been treated unfairly. The GM for Fremont street even came down to rectify the situation. After all the hassle they still didn’t upgrade us. We did the much shorter ride. Not worth it if you’ve zip-lined before. Overall very disappointing experience. They don’t care if you or your friends come back as I guess they have new tourists every day. The staff on the ride were also unfriendly. People pay good money for this experience. Maybe try to seem like you give a care. Ridiculous they make it so difficult to want to pay more money.

The ride was fun! The reason for the 1 star review is because the staff at take off, particularly the black girl with the blonde bun is so rude and unprofessional. I hate to pull the race card but it felt like she hates white people and she seemed like she did not understand all four of us were going together we kept trying to tell her that myself, my son, my daughter, and my husband were going at the same time. We kept trying to explain to her and she was visibly irritated and continued to rudly yell at us to "get on your number". It was my sons birthday so I didnt make a scene but I'd have liked to throw these hands. Everything else was exciting and fun, my son had a great time. All other staff members were friendly and I felt safe overall. If the rude employee doesn't like her job or white people maybe she should not be allowed to ruin this fun, expensive experience for people.

The slotzilla at freemont street is 20 seconds of extreme adrenaline and fun and worth every single penny.
The staff are great and will have fun with you however you always feel that your safety is their number 1 priority.
Great great experience.

It was a fun ride BUT there needs to be improvement on the online booking and general experience. We booked online and paid for two Zoom rides with Go Pros. According to the FAQ page on the website, we had to be there 30 minutes prior to our booking time and were to expect a lengthy safety demonstration.
Instead, we arrived 30 minutes prior, were told by the ticketing agent inside to “just go up the steps” and then were given wristbands and whisked through the harnessing and picture taking . We didn’t have to wait long, which was good. The employees were in their early to mid 20s and were nice. We rode an elevator to the top for our bat wing style ride. We were hooked up and strapped in before I realized that we didn’t have our Go Pros but no one even asked to look at our tickets.
The ride was fun and over in a minute. The braking at the end hurt my shoulders. We were taken quickly off the line and a man helped us out of our gear, constantly telling us to leave the black bag (holding our personal items) and leave a tip. He told us to leave a tip 4 times. We walked away and walked downstairs to the picture area, and I had to email the company to ask for a refund of the $50 I spent on the go pros. I am still waiting to hear from them.
It was definitely fun but I wouldn’t book at Slotzilla again. Mistakes could easily be made and there isn’t anyone standing near the scaffolding area to monitor anyone going up the steps to zip line.

We had an 8pm reservation. Got there at 7:50, waited in line for 90 minutes just to get to the base of the stairs. We were told it would be another 90 minutes until we made it to the top so we cut our losses and left. Why have a reservation if they can't accommodate you anywhere close to the time of the reservation? After being told that we wouldn’t be able to fly until 3 hours after our reservation, they told us there would be a fee to change the reservation to the next day. Don't waste your time.

Outstanding experience!! I did the Superhero flight from the eleventh floor with the camera and it was incredible soaring down Fremont Street. I felt remarkably safe and found the whole thing exhilarating, hilarious and fantastic! I strongly recommend booking online and selecting a time slot as the queues for people waiting were lengthy. Two flights of stairs initially, given a bag for my stuff, a quick weigh in, photos then I was harnessed up. We were put into groups of twelve then directed to a lift 👊 that took us to the eleventh floor. As I was a solo flier, I was invited to jump the queue as many people wanted to take off at the same time. Turned in my camera, laughed a lot, dangled for a bit then the doors opened and I took flight! Bloody excellent experience 😬

If I gave a Go-Pro camera, will a mounting helmet be provided or do I have being my own?
Written April 16, 2024
I’m not 100% sure they’ll let you bring your own…I could totally be wrong though. Maybe unless it has a wrist strap? When I went I upgraded to the Go Pro package and they gave me one that was secured to my wrist. Make sure you go with the option of going on your stomach like Superman…way better and longer experience. Worth a shot bringing your own GoPro, worst that’ll happen is they’ll say you can’t use your own and it’ll be put in a bag that’s attached to you on the zip line.

Yes, just mention you would like a go pro when purchasing the ticket (right next to the attraction at Fremont entrance) and they’ll add the charge and give you a ticket to receive your Go Pro once you’re in a harness before you go up the elevator. You’ll get that strapped to your wrist. Video came free after that I believe but there’s also an optional charge of a bunch of other pictures

Can you wear your glasses if you have a back strap that ties around your head?

I have booked on line and don’t have an email confirmation or tickets. My credit card has been charged , is there anything else I need to do? I’ve tried emailing but haven’t had a response
Written June 15, 2023
You walk up 1 flight of stairs where they check your ticket and start putting the harness on.
Then hoo ride an elevator all the way to the top where you do the actual zip line.
It’s worth jt. Have fun.

Can you hold hands with someone while doing zip wire side by side
Written March 28, 2023
You're kind far apart, but maybe with GoGo Gadget Arms..
Written March 29, 2023
Hello. I see from the answers to the questions that you can't bring your own GoPro to the attraction, you have to rent one.
But I'm also seeing that the GoPro is helmet-mounted.
What if you already have a GoPro mounted to a helmet in your possession? Would that be accepted?
Written November 1, 2022
No, they won’t let you have it. I even called before we went and they said that I could bring it as long as it was secure. When I got there, it was a different story and they were pretty rude about it.
