We have come here so many times and my kids still have so much fun. We bought tokens to feed the animals.

We went there in around 3 in the afternoon, but were out of there a little after 1 hour. I would suggest NOT buying food for the animals(it was free with our groupon though), because the animals ate all day with other guests. I would suggest getting there in when they open, so you can enjoy the feeding experiences. They were not too busy, so it didn't feel crowded in there. We had fun with the sting rays and touching them, along with the silkies(fuzzy chickens). It is a pretty small place and nothing too spectacularly. But my husband pointed out how open the enclosures were for the animals. They only had 1 single bathroom open and it was not very clean. The workers went around with snakes that you could view, but not touch due to Covid. The deal we got with Groupon was worth it, but I probably wouldn't pay regular price. It is located in the mall, just to be aware. Lastly, it will have be smelly, but wearing masks, really helps.

Favorite part was how interactive you could be with all the animals. Whether it was going in enclosures, or reaching in to pet them, it was very exciting. Takes a couple hours, but you barely notice!

They loved the birds and the big stingrays. They really liked petting the animals and feeding them. It was a little too crowded after 1:30.
