The spa was nice: minty steam room, dry sauna, cold bath, hot tub, and a little lounge area with snacks, water, juice, and a little outside sitting area to breathe in some fresh inner city air. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. Lots of...More

We were charged for services we didn't receive and overcharged for the ones we did. The staff was unprofessional and rude. By far the worst spa experience I've ever had. A waste of $1000

Had a great day in a beautiful hammam. Massage and facial were wonderful as well. Day access provides access to the pool as well. Only complaint is the robes run a bit small.

This spa stands out as one of the "greats" across this country, and perhaps the globe. The staff and team are phenomenal (Sandy, Stephanie, Kiana-Jordan, and Stacie). Everyone here knows the importance of "pampering", and you'll receive it in abundance at this location. Whether you...More
