We visited for three days in early April 2018, staying in nearby Incline Village. We are only beginner skiiers, so spent most of the time on the nursery slopes though progressed later to the easier blues. The resort is affordable, especially compared to the larger...More

The resort had plenty of good runs to choose from, with several of them overlooking Lake Tahoe. Made for some good pictures and had some good fun! Their version of a “bunny” slope was very good, challenging and helped us both to learn to snowboard...More

I am a beginner skier and loved this resort. Both a bunny slope and a long lift for beginners. Not long lines and very resonable. Great cafe. They had no snow when we went but hoping they get more. Twenty dollar parking for the preferred...More

A really nice ski area with enough trails for all level skiers —- with fantastic views of Lake Tahoe! We were able to get nice discounts for lift tickets and rentals using our boarding passes and my military ID.

We traveled up to Diamond Peak via Reno from Phoenix, and it was the most amazing trip! We stayed at the Hyatt Regency about 5 minutes away, and loved spending a long weekend skiing at Diamond Peak. I had skied a handful of times before...More

Great little resort! Everything is so close. Has a shuttle that runs from our hotel at Hyatt every 30min. If you have a car, drive up, because they have another pick-up truck that picks you from your car (with your gear loaded) and drops you...More

Family of 5 skied 3 days....not much snow but crew working hard and we had a blast! Workers were super friendly and helpful, especially Miguel at Crystal Express. The views are literally breathtaking! We hope to come back when there is more snow!

Diamond Peak has something for every skier - mostly it is a really wonderful family ski resort. The runs are from beginner/easy to challenging and steep. The views of LAKE TAHOE as you ski down are fabulous

If you appreciate affordable rates, shorter lines, relatively easy parking, a great family atmosphere and fantastic views of Lake Tahoe, Diamond Peak is the place to ski or snowboard. Years ago I took ski lessons at other resorts, but I REALLY learned to ski at...More

We normally do ski at the bigger resorts in the area, but decided to try Diamond Peak on the advice of a relative who lives at Tahoe. Even though it is not big, it is a nice place to spend a day. The views from...More

No. The magic carpet is only for kids in the Child Ski Center programs. Our Schoolhouse Chair is great to learn on but you both need a ticket.
