Had a good time gambling - pretty clean, not too busy. Played blackjack for a couple of hours - the dealers seemed absolutely miserable. Winning money will make anyone's night, but having a good dealer makes a difference too. The first dealer we had, my wife and I both put in a few hundred dollars separately and he handed us one stack and said "I'm lazy, you figure it out" - the pit boss behind him laughed. Not a big deal but odd. The second dealer told me I should be given the tips I've been giving the drink lady to her - she said it kind of jokingly but I've never had a dealer ask me for tips. We were playing at a $25 table...I bet $30 and the dealer [third and last) took the $5 chip off the top, pushed it to the side and said $5 is only for tipping dealers.
I've never had 1, let alone 2 dealers ever ask me for tips!

Cheap eCraps! Only found two quarter slots unfortunately and one $1. Rest were $5 and penny slots. Table game dealers looked bored. No drink runners during the day.

A beautiful day in Nevada. Decided to drive from Reno to incline village and have lunch. We decided to try the Crystal Bay Club Casino. Parking was covered and we got a great spot as the garage was empty. I quickly found the players club and wanted to get a players card. The booth attendant was not very friendly to say the least. While he was making my card I asked him where we could eat, he said that there is no place open to eat. I thought all casinos had to have food available, so I asked a bartender, he repeated the players club guys remark that there was no place to eat. The casino was old, beat down and obviously caters to a night time party crowd. We walked around a bit but the place was dirty, old and wanted to get out of there, so we walked next door to Kelly’s Nugget, which made the Crystal Bay Casino look like the Wynn. Again, no place to eat, strange. We left as the patchouli incense and tweeter looking people there was horrid. I can’t believe these are real casinos. I do not recommend this place for anything.

Obnoxious craps dealers rush players and act like it's their personal playground there. Extremely unprofessional staff. Blackjack dealer seemed like he hated life did not even say hello when coming to sit at the table. Staff is impolite at best. With an pretty empty casino on a Friday you would think they would be more appreciative of patrons. Never playing there again.

Have been going here, whenever I visit Tahoe, for 45 years always have fun. Great staff, very good food at a great price in the Bistro. Everyone is very friendly and this place is always a good time.

My wife and I stopped by in late June. It is a small casino that has a decent amount of slots, poker machines, and even table games. The casino was clean and more updated than the other places in the area. The food was good and the gambling fun! I would come back again!

I regularly come here for the outstanding music venue and consistently great acts they book. Admittedly, I'm not a die hard gambler, but I enjoy the 21 tables and craps.

We drove from Reno to see a special Christmas show. This is an extremely small casino, with few choices for slots, only two card tables. The "book" is a very small coatcheck size desk with one sleepy employee. There was one restaurant with a Mexican theme that served good food at a reasonable price. Nice folks too. The show venue is an open area which they close off with curtains during the show. The garage is very small, and we almost missed the signage. Not what we were expecting for a Lake Tahoo area casino.

The California Honeydrops was playing in the Crown Room for Christmas Eve but my wife sprained her knee and would not be able to stand for the show. I called the Executive Offices and they assured me that the could accommodate us with a chair. (Monica). So I made a purchase through Stubhub knowing there would be an accommodation. When I got there, one of the staff said he would set up a chair in the back - out of the way of foot traffic. He was overruled by his supervisor. He said we could sit in the restaurant and get up sporadically to see the show. He also offered to have us scalp our tickets in the lobby. (Thought scalping is illegal). We traveled from a long distance for the show and this manager said if you have a wheelchair you could sit. Otherwise we were just out of luck. I called the executive offices and they said they would look into it. I asked if they would get back to me. Only if they find out who I talked to.
