It’s a great way to learn a little about racing and see some great cars. Easy for the whole family. Some cara I’ve never seen before. Different price points for admission and very reasonable.

This place is massive. Deceivingly large. There are tons of displays for everyone. I will be back so I can do a more focused look at all of the stuff that they have. Highly recommend anyone who is even remotely interested in auto racing. There are tons of toys and pedal cars too!

Speedway's Museum of Speed is a little known 5 Star display of over 300 cars in pristine condition. Pedal cars, auto art, soap box derby winners, land speed record rockets, and racers from the recent and past. Truly a world class display. Don't let the unassuming location dissuade you from entering. Hours are a bit limited. Wish there were a few more benches throughout the thousands of square feet of exhibits to allow visitors a short rest to revel in these amazing vehicles.

If you love anything car related this is the place for you! This museum is CHALKED full of history! 3 floors of automotive racing history. Everything from Model T’s to todays land speed cars!

Huge museum with vintage cars from every speed sport and toys and models too. This place is crazy! We had two hours of fun here and were also able to identify our lunchboxes from the 60s and 70s. Great posters, engines on display and lots of original paint jobs along with the beautifully restored models.

This is never ending. So many things to see, if you had the time, you could spend weeks trying to see everything. There are things that you will only ever see here. I can't think of any reason not to stop here. You don't even have to be a big gearhead. The history and oddball things that are here make it easily worth the stop.

My family and I decided to spend the afternoon at this wonderful museum. It is surprisingly affordable and easily the most interesting museum I’ve ever been to. It is such a great way to see and learn about the amazing history of American racing! If you are in Lincoln and have an afternoon to spend then you should definitely check this place out!

Who knew that one of the best museums in the country is right here in Lincoln Nebraska??? The collection is amazing. We came here because my husband and son were interested in seeing the cars (me, not as much!) but I found that I was amazed at the variety of exhibits, the beauty of the vehicles, and the presentation of the historical information. Impressive and worth the stop. My adult son said it is the greatest museum he’s ever been to, and this guy loves museums. Highly recommended! Plan to spend a couple of hours, at least!

There are so many historic racing, hot rod, and collection items to see. I learn and see something new on every visit. I'm looking forward to the expanded museum experience next year.

This collection of automotive racing historical items is definitely worth a visit. The facility is top notch and the collection is displayed in a way that is easy to navigate and view. My family of four stopped on our way home to WI from Denver Colorado. We were pleased that the modest admission fee was structured so that it doesn't deter families with children from taking the tour. My son and I love learning about automotive history and appreciate being able to see things like this in person. The collection ranges from lunch boxes and pedal cars, to race car engines and complete race cars. With three floors on display and an expansion under way, be sure to plan on spending some time here. I would say this museum is similar in quality to the Auburn Duesenburg and Cord museum in Indiana or the Gilmore in Michigan. I only wished for a bit more written information about some of the displays. Over all a great place to check out.
