I think if you are not from an ag background, this would be very informative. Lots of interactive displays on farming and where food comes from.

Lots of information on agriculture in Nebraska. Hands on center opivot exhibit was fun. We had a private showing for our family family as there were fifty of us. This is a very nice place to visit - allow an hour or a bit more.
