Great 1 mile trail to the falls, and a very hearty 4 miles to the Lake. Falls trail is challenging enough but even children could do it. Took my 70 year old father up there and he made it with some help.

This is a good hike for families with children. The waterfall is about a mile up the trail. The altitude gain isn't steep and the trail is in good condition. I've been many times with my grandchildren who were as young as 4. There's room...More

The falls is a nice about 1 mile hike in each direction. After enjoying the falls my son and I headed back and my husband hiked up to the lake and he had a fantastic time and we picked him up much later! There are...More

As mentioned by many, the hike to the waterfalls is relatively easy and a worthwhile visit. However, the real gem is the lake at the top of the trail-- if you can handle it. Had I known how difficult it would be and how far...More

I liked this short hike a lot. It was mostly in the shade which was nice on a hot day. The falls are pleasant and there are several places to see the creek along the way. It make a nice picnic hike.

My thirteen-year-old son and I hiked this trail and found out there are not one but two amazing waterfalls! We really enjoyed our walk. It is a little crowded on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

We brought our dogs to hike up to the falls. Very dog-friendly with water crossings for cooling off. It is a bit of a hike, but clearly well-used and a great way to burn some calories.

This is a grueling hike, especially after the waterfall. This was early in the season, so the trail is unmarked, and people created their own snow trail...making it hard to know what the real trail is. Make sure you take enough water, Gators for boots,...More

Not too difficult and not a cake walk either. I highly recommend good shoes or boots that are already broken in before adventuring here. I didn't and suffered twice. Twice because I didn't learn the first time. Walking sticks help too. It's a fairly easy...More

I have been coming here for many years. I have lots of fond memories camping overnight and hiking this trail. Yes, there are bears in the area so keep a clean camp and bring bear spray. The hike isn't strenuous but it is uphill and...More
