Beautiful area with lots of opportunity to pull off the road and fish or take a guided fishing boat. We stayed at the Clark Canyon Dam campground and fished at the High Bridge location. Very rural and scenic.

I fished the Beaverhead River before it was written about in the Sporting magazines. It was one the best kept secrets in Montana prior to the magazine articles. Floating the river was quiet and very peaceful always a good float trip.

Multitude of fishing experiences and camping. Definitely a start to our visits to Montana! There are plenty of well marked accesses for drift boat as well as shore casting. Utilize the local small scale tackle shops for best information.

I have been fishing the Beaverhead river since 1980. It's an annual spring trip to enjoy nature and some great fishing.

Great views and scenery abound all along the Beaverhead. Is a Blue Ribbon trout stream as well. Many places to pullout and enjoy the views from the highway as well as fishing sites and trailheads to further enjoy the River.
