Lew's Ozarks Fishing Museum is small but interesting, and is filled with all kinds of fishing lures. It is attached to the store outlet, so that you can shop for fishing needs after visiting the museum. We enjoyed reading the history of the business.

What a neat place with the friendliest, most passionate, caring & educational staff one could ever hope to find. You name it, they will have it or at least something comparable. You gotta stop here when you are on I44 around Springfield Mo, you will...More

The Ozark Fishing Museum is right along I-44 in Springfield, MO (exit 84 on the south side access road). Lots of cool stuff including an old wooden river Jon boat and a fully restored 1975 Ranger bass boat. Lots of old rods, reels, lures, fish...More

I have seen this Museum many times as I have driven up I44 so one day I just decided to go by and see what it is. If you are in to fishing this is a MUST see place on your next visit to Springfield!

Stopped in here to check out the museum and sporting good store. The building is huge so you have high expectations, but the sporting good store and museum only occupy a corner of the building. The museum was small and I felt I didn't see...More

The museum in my opinion is a side operation of the main purpose which is the reels and rods. They do have a small assortment of lures etc but the main gear are the exceptional rigs.

We happened to see this store while driving through Springfield, Missouri on I-44. As my husband is an avid fisherman, we had to visit. They have quite an extensive range of lures, fishing line and rods and reels in their outlet store. Next door is...More

The new Sportsman Factory Outlet store holds a nice little museum showing the history of fishing equipment and the sport in the Ozarks. If you like that kind of stuff this is right up your alley. It is well laid out. The Museum is inside...More

This is a poorly kept museum inside a sporting goods store out in the middle of nowhere in an industrial park. We almost left because we saw nothing that indicated Lew's or a museum. Decided to check out the sporting goods place on the end...More
