I stopped by this quaint, beautiful little church during the week after visiting the Arch. I said a few prayers, took and few pictures and left feeling better then before I came. You can light a candle for a $3 donation. It’s worth a stop.

We accidentally bumped on this cute Church while detouring our way from the Old Courthouse to the Arch. It's the oldest one in St. Louis, small but very nice.

We were fortunate to be able to visit this beautiful church on the Mississippi. Don't walk by on your way to the more popular attractions. Stop for a moment of peace in this beautiful church.

Absolutely beautiful. The architecture and the paintings were breathtaking. Light a candle and say prayer.

The Old Cathedral is tucked away, right next to the Gateway Arch, and the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial/Old Courthouse, and is well worth the visit. It boasts a perfectly preserved interior and exterior - one can feel the history within this little church, and get...More

THis is the oldest Catholic Church west of the Mississippi. Located near the river and the Arch, it is easy to get to from the downtown area. There is a small parking lot in front, but street pay parking is near. Beautiful old historical church....More

We visited the cathedral on 10/17/2017 and were very impressed with how beautifully restored the building is. The ceiling in the church is gorgeous. The cathedral is small and if you are not Catholic, the visit will probably be very short (about 10-15 minutes). For...More
