Jesus The Christmas Experience Will Blow You Away
We were invited to see the show by an acquaintance we know and trust. She has a small part and played it well. The actor that played King Herod will stir your soul. I never knew Herod could be a clever lunatic. The actor played the part to perfection. He could be on Broadway with that effort. He portrayed Herod as a psycho , something I never thought about but when he had all the babies killed, he had to be a serial killer mind set. Exceptionally well done. Now on a lighter side, the 3 wise men had a couple of parts in harmony. Their voices absolutely stirred my soul. They melded so well together. Mary. Well she stole the show. This is a cast of over 50, the set is as professional as I've seen. so you owe yourself a treat to see these actors knock it out of the park. The pastor of the church/theater is the producer and he put some really catchy music to familiar tunes. You cant stop your foot from keeping beat. Do yourself a treat and see this show.

    Christmas Story Comes Alive
Attending "Jesus, the Christmas Experience" was the highlight of our trip to Branson. The nativity story seemed to come alive filling the atmosphere with love and hope. The characters were so real. The music was terrific. In my mind I am still picturing the dancing and happy time. Seeing the magi with their long robes like a bride's train so beautifully flowing as they humbly presented their gifts to Jesus was something truly exquisite. I highly recommend this show. I believe that anything this group shares in the future will be from the heart and totally worthwhile.

Birthday of a King at Music City Center
The show Birthday of a King. The show is produced by King's Chapel Branson but it's Not your typical church show. This family oriented performance was an amazing Broadway-type musical with incredible music, songs that ring in your mind long after you leave, special effects, set, costumes, actors and most importantly an inspirational story. The scene is set in a mythical forest where good triumphs over evil. At the end of the show the director/author of the musical explains the inspiration for the production. It was very entertaining. The cast even greets you as you depart to thank you for coming and take photos. As a local resident, I'd see it again and again or make a tradition, if it continues.

We saw the performance of Indestructible Life. I don't typically like musicals or Broadway type shows, yet I would see this again. Well done performance with good light and sound effects and talented actors/singers.

During a recent visit to Branson my husband and I visited Music City Coffee. What a welcome surprise! The coffees were A+ and the service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I neglected to include a tip on my credit card and had no cash on me! The server was understanding and cheerful. My husband had an Iced Macchiato and bragged on it saying that it was the best that he had had in a long time! My hot White Mocha was equally flavorful!
We will definitely be back during our next visit! One recommendation is better signage. It was difficult to find if you were not looking for it and it is definitely worth the trip! A+

So much whimsy, powerful and local performers and great original songs! I have also seen Jesus the Experience here and loved it. The music and vocal arranging is just excellent, for both shows! Birthday of a King is really just so original and dazzling, you don't know what to expect. Every stroke of the pen is intentional and means something special. At the end when all the little details unfold and the grand reveal happens you just want to cry. The make up and costumes look so much like a period piece, but not a period from this universe! I think thats what draws me in. You get engaged into a world that doesn't exist but somehow becomes the most relatable thing your heart can experience.

I absolutely loved “Birthday of a King”. My whole family whole heartedly enjoyed this show. The music, choreography, storyline, etc were unexpectedly amazing. The best part was a moving presentation of the gospel. I will be recommending this show for sure and look forward to watching it again in December.
