went on 6/15 shortly after they opened at 11 am. i went to redeem my tickets at the ticket redemption counter the guy skinny guy with short red hair and glasses he was downright hateful towards me and my family members. i told him i was keeping the cup for the candy i got and he went to grab it from me at the counter and i repeated again i was keeping it for my candy, he should NOT be working at a family focused environment with an attitude like that

Hands down best arcade we’ve ever been to!! The kids continue to talk about it all year around and it has been made a for sure stop when planning our next vacation!

Wow! We were greeted as we walked in. All of our questions were very well answered. The couple sitting at the desk could not have been any more friendly.
It was very clean and an amazing flash from my past. It was neat to watch our younger kids (8, 11) get excited to play the games I grew up with.
We were there on a rainy day so it definitely gave us something fun and inexpensive to do.
We will be back on out next trip to Branson.

We’ve been to four arcades now and this arcade is by far the best! Friendly staff, clean, lots of options, and fun fun fun! It was nice to encounter a prize counter employee who was friendly, helpful, and just overall patient. This is not the same in other arcades. We will return!

During our 5 day vacation in Branson this place was a life saver after 9 PM for something to do. Many of the establishments even at the landing close at or before 9 PM. This place is open until 10 PM on most nights and 11 PM on weekends.
We loved the games and atmosphere of this arcade. The staff was super nice and attentive.
We will visit again if we ever return to Branson.

We love visiting this place when we take a trip to Branson. My wife loves the coin pushers so this is her guilty pleasure on our vacations. The only reason it's not a 5 is because the place seems like it is always packed. That and the location is in the middle of the Landing so keep that in mind if you're wanting to just pop into this place. It will take a bit to park and walk. We always just make it part of our Landing fun.

As grandparents of three young children living in Branson we've come to The Arcade" a dozen time over 3 years. Now ages 6,7 and 9. We are impressed with the consistent great experience and excellent customer service. Associates are kind, understanding a patient with the kids1 We come there everytime we can.

Where on earth is it?! We put the address listed online and in the 39484 brochures we got and it’s just not there!!! Can’t visit what we can’t find

I wish I would have seen this question sooner! Anyhow, for anyone else who may be wondering where it is; when you are on Branson Landing you'll see a Shell gas station and I believe a Belks. If the parking garage is on your left and the Shell is on your right then you'll want to turn left into the parking area past the Shell. If the parking garage is on your right (depending on which way you are coming from) then it is the first parking area past the parking garage on your right.
You'll want to park as close to where you see the hot air balloon (Parakeet Pete's) and you'll walk past the hot air balloon. You'll continue to head straight for about 200-400 yards and Arcade City will be on your left (you'll pass some restaurants and other shopping places).
Hope this helps! It is tucked away, and we had trouble finding it the first time we went.
