We Loved this show. The singing was amazing, the talent, the choreography, the costume changes did not disappoint. In our opinion this is one of the best shows in Branson. High energy show and so much fun!

So much talent among 26+ musicians and singers. Comedy is very unique with Matt Gumm who is also the drummer for this and other shows at the Clay Cooper Theatre. Clay has audience participation as part of his show and Clay's wife and son are also in the show. All types of music is performed along with humorous skits and great lighting and backgrounds.

We saw this show for the 2nd time, and it gets better & better. Clay & his entertainers are the best in town. He interacts with the audience and shakes hands with lots of the audience. He gives thanks and praise to God first then to all the Veterans, first responders, and police! We will be seeing his show every time we are in Branson.

A must while you are in Branson! Great show for all ages. Plan multiple different shows at this same venue. central located on the strip near all the other attraction!

Outstanding show. Clay interacts with the audience and has a great mix of country, rock and gospel in his show.
Glad we got to see it with his Christmas show.
He does a great recognition of our military men and women in the audience .

DO NOT make this your first show in Branson. You don't want to start with the best, then compare the rest to the best. I laughed, I cried, and thought my face might break from so much smiling. They start off strong, stay strong, and end strong. Clay Cooper has put together such a high-energy, high-talent group of entertainers you won't want to miss a minute of it. Clay, himself, is amazing. He is so personable, very involved with the audience, super-smart, and lovable. I wanted to take him home. And the concert pumpist!!!! Well, I can't even describe it - you'll just have to see him for yourself. DON'T MISS THIS FABULOUS EXPERIENCE. (This is my 4th week-long visit to Branson and I've loved every show. So sad we lost Shoji.)

We’re planning to attend this show in July. How do most people usually dress? Casual like shorts, or do they get dressed up? TIA!

The dress is casual BUT take a light sweater or thin jacket. The theatre is COLD - even on the hottest days. Also, photos are taken when you enter the auditorium - so you'll want to set your jacket, etc. down before the picture. You can follow Clay Cooper Theatre on Facebook (where they post audience pictures every day) to get an idea of what to wear...

I normally sit in the VIP section but we are with a group Center row 14 and I was wondering how far back that is?

It's towards the back of the center section. Still good viewing.
Is it worth it to spend extra on the VIP seats?

The VIP section has more space between the rows and the seats are wider with more cushion. Many people enjoy sitting in the VIP section because they are close to the stage and can see every cast member. The stage itself is only approximately 2 1/2 feet above the ground floor and the seats are on a slope. If you enjoy being right in the middle of the action, I would definitely recommend VIP seats!
