My grandkids (all under 9) loved this sculpture park. Everything is kid friendly and they loved climbing on the different sculptures. A very large area to cover and something new and different around every corner.

On our way to a hike along the St. Croix River, we stopped at this amazing sculpture park that was a pleasant surprise for the size and quality of the work exhibited outdoors. Filled with up and coming works by artists from Minnesota and the...More

Made a short visit. Rain hit shortly after arrival, cut our visit short! Looking forward to returning to view the entire park!

Totally not what I expected when we pulled into the parking lot. This is a very eclectic gathering of sculptural art both large and small in size created by a variety of artists from across the country. Some is organic, all are very textural and...More

This is genuine art, with thoughtful sculptures from around the world, but don't let that scare you off if you're not into art. The sculptures are huge and surprising, and probably one in four is interactive, encouraging kids of all ages to climb up and...More

This place WAS a hidden gem - not anymore. However, that doesn't change the fact that it's still one of my favorites in Minnesota. No other sculpture park beats this place. I was lucky enough to have come across Franconia, a decade or so ago,...More

You've heard of two nice places. There is also the Summit Inn B & B in Center City, the Country B & B in Shafer, and if you want a hotel with pool, there is the GrandStay Hotel in Chisago City.
