Great way to break up the day with some youngsters. Never crowded and have some great animals to check out. The conditions look better than most small zoos I've seen. Also fairly quick. It's a challenge to spend more than 90 minutes. Fun petting zoo...More

Great place to stop on the way to a cabin or the Brainerd Lakes Area. Plenty of animals for the whole family to enjoy. Cleanliness, animal habitats, and main attractions (Siberian tigers, zebras, baby kangaroo) all match or exceed the more well-known zoos in MN....More

cheap to get in, kids under three get in for free and senior citizens get in for free. a lot of animals to see and feed. my favorite was the donkeys because they were loud. people are great and my kid loved it.

Wonderful walking paths. Fun to have peacocks greet you as you are strolling thru the zoo. Great petting zoo. Nice snack bar.
