My daughter mistakenly purchased a gift certificate for Christmas from Duluth pack. Within 24 hours requested the gift certificate be refunded. Company will not refund the money due to company policy. They basically stole her Christmas money. Terrible customer service..

I had a really bad customer service experience that I was extremely disappointed with. I traveled quite a ways to visit the shop and I'm still bothered by how rude the interaction was. This ain't me clutching my pearls...I'm mad. I'm afraid I can't recommend this shop for now. Go to the other place...they were polite and professional.

Was able to pick-up the water bottle I wanted and a shirt for my father day gifts. Great store and like the remodel.

Fantastic storefront for their famous handcrafted packs and lots of other leather goods. Added to that a good mix of clothes, sporting goods and accessories, you can easily spend a couple of hours. Don’t forget that they make the leather product themselves and you can have anything customized!

On my stop in Duluth Pack, I hit a promotion for free socks for public safety or military... good deal and nice store. The customer service is great and your options are endless for things to look at

I can't even really relay how grateful I was to a personal tour of the factory facility where all the packs are made.. I had the privilege of meeting and watching the staff as they were creating products...from cutting the leather and canvas, attaching hardware, sewing.... the whole process.

The stall is fantastic, skilled craftsman, and I really got the family atmosphere. Their products are handmade, and the pride that they take creating high quality packs really shows.

I own several of their packs, and will be purchasing more of them in the future and telling everyone I know what a great bunch of people are there making incredible items!

Gear, gear and more gear----this place is a must when in Duluth or passing through up the North Shore camping or hiking or up to Lutsen.

Great clothes, gear, and gifts for all ages and types.

Yes, it's expensive---it's quality gear that is mostly handmade---you buy a Duluth Pack, you can expect to give it to your grand kids someday...they are built to last!

I may be a bit prejudiced. Most of my mothers family came to the US through Duluth. Being on an island in the Boundary Waters on a moonless night and hearing a loon cry hooked me on wilderness travel. With a then Duluth Tent and Awning No. 3 pack with my clothes and some food in it purchased by my cousin who grew up in Duluth.

I do wish I had sense enough to purchase one of their tents while they were still making them. Excellent stuff if a bit old fashioned. So what, old fashioned is the new in fashion and canvas and leather will not wear out soon. I cannot go to the store because I live in California. But I can order online. Give them your patronage you will not be disappointed.

I have had Duluth items in the past as well as my husband. Some of our Duluth Pack items are well over 20 years old.
The store is clean, well stocked, and staff friendly. Many staff asked me if I needed help. When I could not find a shirt in the size I needed, the staffer found one in the back.
Selection is very good and covers from the large (canoe) to the small (camping items).
The store will set you back some money for the high quality camping gear, so be prepared for sticker shock. Purses start at 100, but are well worth it.

I already own a number of Duluth Pack products. American made of canvas, leather, and brass, tough as nails gear for me. Being able to see all the items in one place instead of online is a treat. You can try them all for fit and discover what works best ffor your needs. The staff is wonderful and for anyone who carries stuff from computers to camping gear this is a must see location
