Extremely well maintained, with good signage so you always know where you are and what you are viewing. Individual areas dedicated to specific cultures or plant groups are well designed and easily accessible even for those that may have mobility issues. There is a three...More

We enjoy gardens and visit them where we can -- U.S., France, U.K., Australia, Canada. One of us is more botanically knowledgeable than the other but we both enjoy the beauty of plants and trees. The Landscape Arboretum is a wonderful mixture of well-planted flower...More

My friends and I visited this arboretum before a tour of Paisley Park, as the two are geographically very close. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the rose gardens and the origami structures. You can skip the cafeteria food unless you like...More

This was a beautiful Botanical area...more than a garden, really. The prairie garden was in full bloom and lovely even in July, and it was not too hot. Highly recommended for plant nerds.

Enjoyed again with 3 boy grandchildren plus Granny. We all still love t garden this place. Japan style garden looks good, I sure will be better next year. Saw turkeys along paths with geese and other wildlife. Will visit again next month.

This is a great place to visit even in the rain (with umbrellas). First we did the 3 mile drive, stopping at the sculpture garden which was very interesting. There are other statues throughout the gardens which we also enjoyed, including quite a few that...More

Beautiful park and facilities(both indoor and outdoor) with interesting exhibits (if you're in to nature) and at, times, travelling exhibits. A little spendy, but a membership makes it more affordable if you go multiple times.

The arboretum hosts so many extraordinary views! Little benches tucked away in places you may not expect. Small ponds and water features scattered all around. Gorgeous full-growth trees, manicured flower gardens, and liberal amounts of art. Lovely! Plan to spend a few hours.

By far the most gorgeous garden I've seen. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. We did the loop drive and also walked. My favorite part was the Japanese Gardens.

Recently visited with four adults and two young children and the arboretum did not disappoint. There were gardens, activities and learning opportunities for each member of our group. The three mile drive allows you to explore, park and take in a variety of garden areas....More

There are miles of trails and most are lit up from what I remember. One can also drive through. Due to the super cold temps, driving might be better. Happy Holidays!

There is a 3 mile loop but we took it on a tram ride. A lot of the displays are very close to the main building which wouldn't be much of a walk.
