Really enjoy walking on the trails. There’s the main trail & wonderful side trails. It’s great solo or walking/talking with friends, bike riding, dog walking.

My wife and I bike this trail several times a year. Love the natural beauty that surrounds this trail. It is always maintained. Nice smooth solid trail surface.

I use the railroad bed trail for bike rides. A lot of joggers out there also. But to really appreciate the park you have to take a stroll down the side paths.

I walk the part of the nature preserve that allows no bikes or dogs, and the trail is partially shady with several benches to sit if you tire. Always see deer and other wildlife as well as many flowers.

The length of trail is about 2 miles long, almost flat, so is is suitable for everyone, seniors, family with children, keen walkers. Forest and pond are looked natural, unspoiled and can see some small animals, birds.

The trail is a great escape from the concrete, and the ground is soft for running long distances--yet bikers can use the trail, too. My dogs LOVE going to the trail for walks and jogs, too.

An abundance of woodland creatures roam these lovely woods. Paths are well-maintained, with some overlooks and benches. The entire trail is just under three miles. I'm quite sure it will be a different beauty with each season. Though it is hilly, none of the hills...More

Just returned from a four mile walk along the trail. The colors were beautiful. The deer were on the move. Just a terrific peaceful place to walk, run, or bike. Miles and miles of trail. Because it is converted railway the pitch is no more...More
