Great trail. It is an old railway so the grades are not too steep. It is in a wooded area with lookouts of the Rouge River. The trail runs from Grand Rapids to Cadilac. I have only rode from 10 miles north of Rockford to...More

Great trail for walking, running or biking. I prefer the section from Belmont Road to Rockford. More trees, less houses.

Bike this trail quite often. One can go at their own pace. Many restaurants and pubs right off the trail for a quick bite or drink!

Living in Rockford, I would tend to lose track of time and end up miles down the White Pine Trail. My poor teacup doggo would be panting and drooling, but it never stops him from trucking along! Bike riders, for the most part, are courteous,...More

From riverside park, past the ball field, up to downtown Rockford. Burned enough calories to get ice cream or a beer.
