Toured the lighthouse today! The lighthouse is open a few times a year for tours. We went on Sunday of Labor day. The volunteers who work there are very knowledgeable and it is very well run. There are 80 some steps to almost the top...More

Stayed at the campground attached to the park. Beautiful view of Lake Huron but no access for swimming (big cliffs down to the water). Stayed at a full hook up site. Most of the full hook up sites facing the water are seasonal spots, which...More

My wife and I visited here on 7/26/17. Nice gift shop with friendly service. Museum is excellent with loads of history and how these light keepers had to live. Grounds are well kept with park nearby.

Two for one, a lighthouse and a campground. Nice grass to sit on while grilling out and watch the sun godown while watching the birds fly over the lake. Life could not be much better than this.
