This district has every type of Victorian home imaginable. They are all well maintained and each one is unique. most of the porches were decorated in anticipation of July 4th.

Great neighborhood to walk thru. The homes have large porches and Victorian wood carvings. You can stay or dine at the Terrace Inn. They have an auditorium that holds concerts with reasonably priced tickets. We saw their 4th of July concert that featured patriotic music...More

We just happened to find these homes while looking for a restaurant, so glad we did not miss them. Not just Victorian homes, but amazing Victorian homes!

Beautiful homes in a serene park-like setting. Skip the car and walk or bike thru this community, within the larger town of Petoskey. Be sure to get a table at the Bay View Inn and or the Terrace Inn.
