I regularly use the park to train and run, it has hiking, bike and horse trails too. Easy to access, plenty of parking, simple wooded area around a small lake with wildlife. An oasis in the urban surrounds. much more on the parks website

Nice running trails. Nice mountain bike trails. Bathroom facilities. Good facilities for group gatherings. Overall free of garbage. Well maintained with a small animal farm.

Went for a hike in Maybury State park. An easy hike but it was great with a 3 year old. Would highly recommend.

Good bike rideAt Maybury State Park it’s a great place to walk and order right they also have horseback riding at the farm which is more like a turn of the century far I have the recommended fun thing to do your visiting

There are restrooms in the shelter areas. They are real restrooms not porta potties.

Yes. Required to be on a leash, but my daughter takes hers all the time.
