Built by the great Chola king, Rajendra Chola. Maintenance is good, it has a lot of free spacelawns, so kids can run and play around. It is an UNESCO site, has wonderful architecture.

It was a really hot day but walking on the grassed areas and into the main Temple was a joy and the beautiful cloistered areas inside are cool and historical. These ancient temples are wonders of the world!
