Not much time to visit, as I was here for business. Capital building looks exactly as in pictures. Hope to see more another time. Looks like there is adventure to seek if you have time. Early spring is a little dreary here.

I was a little confused from the other reviews, but this is just a historical marker, not the actual first capitol building. It's a nice sign, but it's just a sign. The photos featured here are of the current capitol building, listed separately.

We visited the Capital on a school field trip through Eagle Crest Charter Academy in Holland, MI and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! What a building to see and we had a wonderful guide as well. Such a beautiful place and an all around...More

Another very interesting historical marker in downtown Lansng. It tells the story how Lansing became the state capital. The other side about the first capital building that was built.
