Situated on the Grand River, this historically preserved home is more than a museum. Hosting several interactive events for children throughout the year it is also an events venue. The grounds also make great photo ops in the spring and summer when the flowers are...More

The Turner-Dodge house is interesting and it’s a nice thing for Lansing to continue to maintain. I think they do well with it, but I’ve been to quite a few old houses and the Turner-Dodge experience seems to be lacking that “extra” factor that would...More

This is a beautiful, historic home in Lansing located in a pretty park setting on the river. The home was added onto in the early 1900’s by one of the family members. It is now used for weddings, meetings and other functions, which is kind...More

If you like antiques and historic decor, this place is very well done. Very well maintained. You can catch an occasional music event here as well for an intimate concert.

I've always passed by here, but never walked in. I went to a get together held here, and the house is just beautiful! You can walk around the house and look at the different artifacts. The third floor had an absolutely stunning ballroom, and it...More

Enjoyed the tour, learned a lot about thecDodge Family and early Lansing history. To take the full tour you need to be able to climb stairs. In the summer there is no air conditioning so I can be quite oppressively hot inside.

I toured this place with the cub scouts and my son attended several camps here as a young child. This is beautiful at Christmas time. It is a smaller museum but worth it I felt. In the summer time the gardens are beautiful and it...More
