Because of Lone Oak being a estate Vineyard we looked forward to a pleasant tasting. At first glance we noticed how unkept the property was. It was not to our liking at all. We discussed in the car whether we should go in at all....More

We were passing through and thought we would stop. The place does have a run down look and the tasting room is dark and cluttered. There were 5 wines to taste and all were good, though I would not say outstanding! The owner and his...More

I was driving through the area and quickly checked my TripAdvisor for some wineries in the area and this place popped up. To the other reviewers who have noted that the place does have a run down look, yes it does. The vines have taken...More

Just returned from the Pioneer Trail wine tour. Even though Lone Oak is very close to home, it's the first time I'd been there and I'm so glad it was on our tour. The reviewers who gave negative comments must be either very picky or...More

This place is very small and looks run down when you pull up. They do seem to be making minor adjustments each time I come. My favorite part is seeing their dog! They host special dinner and music events through out the year. If you...More

Let me start by saying I downloaded the trip adviser app just to place this review. We went here with 10 people on a wine tour of MI. This was our first stop. And the only one I am spending the time to review. The...More

There was eight of us in our party. Three people tried the beer and the rest tried the wines and none of us liked any. The food and service were excellent and we had fun but just not our taste in wine or beer. It's...More
