I decided to stop by here after walking around Downtown Detroit as it was in the top 30 things to do in Detroit on TripAdvisor. And it was great! The church was BEAUTIFUL! I was surprised to see how beautiful the interior was with its high ceiling, organ pipes, plaques and mini rooms dedicated for prayer! I have just been... More

We loved visiting this beautiful old church and learning about their active congregation. We called ahead for a tour and learned so much from their historian. It was a very moving experience for all of us.

I've visited many of Europes great cathedrals and Old St Mary's church is right up there with them as far as beauty is concerned. Make t a point to visit the next time you are in Greektown.

This is such a gem and free at that! Anytime there's not a service taking place, you're welcome to stroll in, just be respectful.

Incredible architecture and one of few remaining churchs in the area. Very easy to locate at the edge of Greektown.

We attended one of many Masses available. It was very cool going to a Latin Mass and receiving communion at the rail. The music was amazing

This old church is a gem. The architecture is stunning and they still have mass here as usual. A beautiful church to have a wedding or just to attend services.
