We happened to walk through the area and admire the place during cold winter conditions. There wasn't anything going on, is I imagine this place would be fabulous during better and warmer weather.

In the heart of Downtown stands this monument, off the water, hosts to summertime festivals, and great music.

The hart plaza area of town along the river is showing it's age, but is still a fun place to head to during the day.

it's after Labor Day, it was evening...so it wasn't fully functioning...but the paving was also looking a bit shabby. Other than this, it's a wonderful location downtown.
