Lobby is magnificent - so much color and detail in ceilings and walls. Now offers area for a drink or small bites while soaking up this grand old beauty. Well worth popping in when visiting the revitalizing Downtown Detroit.

The one hour tour by Pure Detroit is outstanding. Free of charge. It runs every weekend every two hours. Great history of the building and the people involved in building it.

What a gem. Built in the 1920's with style and sophistication not found in new construction. You need not take a tour (though that would be great) to appreciate the beauty, simply look up at the exterior and take a stroll though the lobby.

Very interesting design and interior finishes. If you are in the downtown core, definitely take a few minutes to explore the lobby. Very unusual décor and interesting shops.

No there are 3 tours a day on the weekends. However, if there is a wedding or function the last one is usually cancelled.

You can also visit the building on your own, when it's open.
