Filthy. Geese and other animal poop e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. It's so bad that you have to look down and watch where you step. I am a dog sitter. I've used this park to meet new clients and their dogs in a public place many times. It's not maintained well. I am done using this park. New clients express they are uncomfortable being there Last visit was Sunday, July 9, 2023.

This park was across the street from our hotel. Definitely a bird watcher's paradise! The trails were a bit boggy from all the rain but still good.

Love taking walks in this area. Stand on the bridge and just watch the wild life go by. The water is calming. Lots of good bird watching. This is a very easy place to get to. Just off the main road. if you want to relax and see some wildlife. this is the place.

This is a great spot for seeing many of lower Michigan's birds and a great place to view the fall colors and get some nice pictures. It has one large lake and several smaller ones which are full of birds. The hiking paths don't go very far, but they are easily accessible, just watch out for mud in some areas when it rains. There are also picnic tables and a nice covered bridge. There is a small parking lot on the south side, but it was closed when I went. You can also easily walk there.
