We LOVE Apex Orchards, from the views to the staff, we have consistently had an excellent experience and we have met the owners a few times. The fruit is top quality, the farm owners clearly care about the quality of their fruit and their staff are always happy and helpful. Their land is well cared for and it is obvious the hard work they put in to make the farm a beautiful place for all to enjoy. They offer events on weekends and a new little food truck selling mini donuts and other things. From seasonal peach picking to sunflower picking to apple picking, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Or simply swing in the store and grab a prepicked basket or bag (that's what I do!) We HIGHLY recommend stopping in, it is always an enjoyable experience!

Beautiful views, easy to park and cute very clean store. This was our first time here and we definitely will return. The clerk was nice and the outside port o Jon was very clean. They have picnic tables. The road there is nice and paved and it’s an easy drive.

I would rate it zero if I could. Absolutely terrible. They have a gender neutral bathroom yet they discriminate against people with disabilities. My husband is partially blind and has service dog for supper. The young girl working at the stand refused us entrance and essentially shamed me for trying to bring a dog around food. Clearly they don’t know ADA Law. True service animals are welcomed everywhere… restaurants and airports, but I guess not at an outside farm stand for apple picking and cider tasting. Just horrified how belittled their staff made us feel.

One of the fellow hikers recommended going here for peaches and the view of the area including VT and NY. Selection of peaches were plentiful plus some buleberries. However, the best attraction is the view from the lookout on the property.

We heard about this place from trip advisor, and thought it would be fun to take our granddaughter to pick her own pumpkin.

We visited in the summer during peach season and bought some very delicious peaches. We want to go back in the fall for apples!

I love stopping into Apex Orchards to buy boxes of fruit to can. Peaches come in several varieties, as do their apples, so you have a choice about which ones you want to preserve and which you want to eat right away. There are usually some baked goods as well for nibbling.

Autumn is not complete without a visit to Apex. Best views across 3 states, best cider, and a place where I can pick pumpkins off vines, and apples off trees!!!!

Apex Orchards is a combination apple orchard where you can pick your own, farm store for local produce and products (yogurt, honey, maple syrup, etc.), and adjacent snack truck where you can get the most delicious grilled sandwiches and sides. Local beer is on tap to supplement soft drinks and water. The most stunning feature, however, is the view from the top of the hillside out over the Berkshires of Northern Masssachusetts all the way to Mt. Monadnock and the hills of Vermont and New Hampshire. On a clear day, you really can see forever.

We stopped to pick apples at Apex Orchard today and were so pleasantly surprised! The area was so beautiful and the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Not to mention what a nice variety of apples are available to pick. They also had peaches and plums picked. They sell local honey and products.
