The National Black Doll Museum of History & Culture is the only doll museum in the country that focuses on the African-American experience using dolls as the teaching tool. There are 2,000 dolls on the museum floor, eight galleries including sports, museum, historical and fashion galleries. Exhibits change regularly every 8-10 weeks. Doll & Mask making is available with deluxe package

The women who run the museum are incredibly friendly. There were all sorts of different dolls and displays reflecting different eras of black history, even a Michael Jackson doll! The boat was a little scary for my young daughter, but the display as a whole...More

I loved them dolls the most. They have a story behind them that is exciting. The gift shop is amazing. They have a lot of fine dolls.

Great local look back at the Mansfield Underground Railroad. Lots of info and artifacts to look at; very interesting!
