In memories of the fishermens wives and children who are looking to the sea as their loveones go oug for fishing and only comeback when the ship are full of fish. Normally rest for five days only.

We loved this sculpture. It's hard to take your eyes off it. You can only imagine what it going through their minds while their loved ones are gone to sea. Nice area and wonderful views go the harbor and ocean.

If you visit the Fishermans' Memorial, then go just a bit farther south and find this memorial along the same beach/sidewalk.

This is a great companion to the Fisherman's Memorial. It's a great reminder that behind most of those fishermen lost were wives and families.
