This is a great location to sit in your car or take a walk and view the ocean, take in the sights and ocean breezes. We have sparked up a conversation with the arbitrary passerby and enjoyed the moonlight reflecting off the ocean surface. Must...More

It is reachable from downtown Chatham. There are a few parking spots across by the beach. The parking is only half hour so please be aware. Nice location and could be interesting to get some pics.

Beautiful beach. Fun to walk on and watch for fins. Seals swim by regularly. Not a swimming beach. Love the signs it adds to the excitement.

Tip for Cape Cod visitors - This is a fantastic sunset spot as it goes down behind this lovely lighthouse. Beautiful setting. And the town of Chatham is tremendous.

Seals can be seen and binoculars are available overlooking the ocean. Short walk to beach from main street.

Great historical lighthouse that you can climb on a tour. If you are into history, then you will really enjoy this. Not to mention, the views from the top of the lighthouse are incredible.

The first night we arrived in Chatham, it was foggy. We went down to the lighthouse to see it in action. It was very cool! Highly recommend a night visit if you're in the area!

Beautiful location. We saw seals in the distance (maybe 50 or so of them). No parking for more than 30 minutes. It said online that the lighthouse was open for viewing from 1-3 but this doesn’t start til next week.

There's no scheduling of a tour. The lighthouse is Coast Guard operated, so everything is going on according to their schedule. But, it's totally worth it! BTW, if you want to se easier accessible lighthouse, try Highland... More
