For a public golf courses I give NWP 5 Stars. It is very well maintained and the greens are very consistent (not slow). It is one of the longest public course in the area and the people treat you right.

This is my most favorite local golf course...it's got something challenging for players at every level. From the tips, it measures slightly more than 7,000 yards (so it's got length. The front nine is mostly wide open, but the tee boxes are set at angles...More

Located in lush surroundings, Northwest Park is a great golf course to spend 4 hours over the 18 holes. A decent pro shop, courteous staff and good administration add to the pleasure of the game.

Decent local public course. Great for duffers and far cheaper than of the private clubs. Average facilities.

This is a very challenging course not only because of it's design, but it also, I believe, it's the longest public course in Montgomery County at 7200 Yds. The course has generous fairways and greens but that doesn't make it an easy course. There a...More

Northwest Park is an old style golf course. No tricks, no gimmicks. Just long, mostly straight, and with bunkering guarding the greens. Year in and year out it is in great shape, despite the large amount of play that it gets. It's definitely the best...More

We play here at least once a month. The course is the longest and widest course in the Montgomery County Public golf system. The staff is sometime condescending to female golfers but once we get on the course the starter and staff are good.
