Many trails to walk or hike along. Can also bring your pet on a leash. Concession stand by the beach. Life guard also. If you want to take a nice walk. Not elevated at all. You may see some wildlife also.

We r locals, so we've been various times through the years. The last time was during snowshoe season. It is a far better choice than the Wisp if you want picturesque trails through the woods. Not nearly as busy. But, we've also been there during...More

This state park boasts 20+ cabins for rent, a beach that has well trained lifeguards, excellent picnic facilities and a good boat ramp.

Love this park. It doesn't get the traffic of nearby swallow falls and that's good. Got here past peak but still enjoyed the remaining fall colors.

Great family vacation spot. This is a well-maintained well-run State Park. Lots of activities for kids of all ages: swimming in season, boat rentals and walking. There is 5.5 mile walk to Swallow Falls State Park. The mountain air smells fresher here.

With a cabin rental you get 1 free hour per day. If not renting or if you want more not sure of exact price but is not expensive.
